Developed alongside local healthcare leaders and mental health clinicians, this program provides accessible, trauma-informed support for our community — in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene and beyond.

Individual Counseling — No-cost, multi-session counseling for adults and teens
Group Counseling — Supportive group sessions focused on healing, connection, and resilience
