Meghan Graham, LCSW, LCAS-A, brings 15+ years of experience in disaster behavioral health and trauma-informed care, from coastal Louisiana to her own community's recovery after Hurricane Helene. She specializes in crisis intervention and building sustainable behavioral health access in rural, underserved areas.

MKayla Nelson, LCSW, provides trauma-informed therapy in partnership with Mountain Strong Free Clinic and owns Rooted Therapy Services, a private practice focused on compassionate, relational care. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and families on trauma, grief, parenting, and life transitions, believing healing happens through authentic connection and strengths-based support.

Landon owns Mt. Mitchell Counseling and is deeply rooted in Yancey County, where he lived through Hurricane Helene alongside his neighbors. He works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families on trauma, relationships, and life transitions, and is committed through Mountain Strong to making sure cost never stands between someone and the care they need.
